  • Patent number: 10428502
Abstract: A flush mechanism for a toilet with a tank can include a float basket with a drainage port and at least one peripheral wall. A flexible conduit can be secured to the float basket to provide a liquid flow path from the drainage port to a flush port of the tank. The drainage port can be disposed eccentrically within the float basket, a top profile of the at least one peripheral wall can be inclined, or a rotatable collar can be provided to control flow of water into the drainage port.

  • Patent number: 9738205
Abstract: A lift assembly for a vehicle is described. The lift assembly can includes a hitch assembly for removable attachment to the vehicle, and first and second support members rotatably secured to the hitch assembly. As a lifting mechanism mounted to the hitch assembly provides a lifting force to one of the support members, the platform assembly can be raised from a lowered position to a raised position. The lift assembly can be removably engaged with a cart.

  • Patent number: 9403469
Abstract: A lift for attachment to a vehicle is described. The lift includes a hitch assembly with a hitch receiver insert, a first support member, and a second support member. Each of the two support members may include an upper portion and a lower portion, the upper portion oriented at an angle with respect to the associated lower portion. The support members may be mounted to the hitch assembly, at locations separated by a first offset, and may be mounted to a platform assembly, at locations separated by an equivalent second offset. As a lifting mechanism mounted to the hitch assembly provides a lifting force to one of the support members, the platform assembly is raised from a lowered position to a raised position, with a platform included in the platform assembly being maintained, by way of the two equivalent offsets, in a substantially horizontal orientation over the course of travel.

  • Patent number: 5903986
Abstract: A snow plow blade includes a forward extending gate to catch snow rolling off the snow plow blade such as may form a snow ridge blocking drives, crosswalks and fire hydrants. The gate follows a trajectory forward from the curb edge of the plow blade to prevent catching the extension gate with the curb regardless of angulation of the plow blade or the degree of extension. The extension gate extension mechanism may be completely attached to the rear surface of the plow blade to operate independently of angulation of the plow blade.
