  • Publication number: 20230400829
Abstract: Electric current is dynamically distributed to vehicles, which each is connected to a respective consumer node in a distribution network receiving a total amount of incoming electric current via a root interface. Current is allotted to each node in the distribution network according to a stepwise procedure, wherein amounts of current is gradually allotted to the nodes until all of the total amount of electric current has been allotted, or at least one threshold criterion is fulfilled. A respective amount of current requested by each consumer node is repeatedly reassessed, and if for a particular consumer node, a requested amount of current is lower than an amount of current allotted to the node, the amount of electric current allotted to the particular consumer node is decreased to the amount of current requested by that node.

  • Patent number: 7703080
Abstract: The invention relates to a computer program interpreter and a method for the same, using statistics to group (SR89, SR17 . . . SR6; SR4, SR34 . . . SR16) frequently used service routines (SR) in the same program function and to control encoding of instructions. Frequently used service routines are assigned shorter codes thus enhancing the performance of a simulator or emulator.

  • Patent number: 6208387
Abstract: A device and method for generation of digital advertisement displays in real time in digital TV-transmissions. In such digital TV-transmissions, a digital coding of the image material is made before the transmission is made; this coding compresses the content of the image as much as possible to minimize necessary bandwidth utilization at transmission of the signals. In connection with this coding and by means of pattern recognition, different patterns are identified for predefined objects in the image material, such as for example identifying an object with an unique coloring. Via the pattern identification, the image coder obtains information via a table of what the original object looks like. Also included in the table is information about which advertisement display is to be placed inside the identified object.

  • Patent number: 5645577
Abstract: A device for indicating that an electrode cable is correctly connected to a medical implant for emitting electrical pulses, the implant being equipped with a connection part for the electrode cable's proximal end, has a contact for making electrical connection with the proximal end of the electrode cable and an indicator, the contact electrically causing the indicator to emit at least one indication signal which is perceptible outside of the implant when the electrode cable is correctly attached to the implant.

  • Patent number: 5620475
Abstract: A medical implant contains a sensor for sensing extracorporeally, manually generated shockwaves and for generating electrical signals, a detector connected to the sensor that, dependent on the electrical signals, emits pulses to a control unit connected to the detector for controlling a function implementing stage. The control unit emits a function signal to the function stage for the implementation of a function of the implant corresponding to a sequence of one or more parameters with reference to two or more pulses in a shockwave sequence, said sequence being identified in the control unit. In a method for controlling a medical implant, shockwaves are manually generated in a sequence and pulses are respectively generated dependent on the shockwaves, a function signal is supplied to a function stage given every identified sequence of one or more parameters referred to two or more pulses and the implant function defined by the identified sequence is then implemented by the function stage.
