  • Patent number: 12613135
Abstract: An optical device, a system and a method for dispersion interferometry includes a frequency doubling device and an optical modulation device, a transmission beam path which is configured to emit a first and second measurement beam on an optical element and a reception beam path which is configured to receive a first and second measuring beam returned by the optical element.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 21, 2023
Date of Patent: April 28, 2026
Assignee: Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt e.V.
Inventors: Oliver Kliebisch, Peter Mahnke, Raoul-Amadeus Lorbeer
  • Publication number: 20240085528
Abstract: An optical device and systems for near and distance imaging includes an optical unit with a first optical lens and a second optical lens, the first optical lens and second optical lens being arranged along an optical axis, and a transceiver unit with a transceiver element, a light passage surface of the transceiver element being arranged in or intersecting a plane or curved surface. A first distance between the surface and the first optical lens is provided along the optical axis and set in such a way that, during intended normal operation, the transceiver element of the transceiver unit is imaged onto a distant imaging surface by the optical unit.

  • Patent number: 7312452
Abstract: The invention relates to a mobile remote detection device for accumulations of methane, comprising an emitter device having a light source in order to generate light, the wavelength of said light source being tuned with the spectral signature of methane, whereby the light can be directed onto a measuring field. The detection device also comprises a detector device for detecting backscattered light, and an evaluation device. The aim of the invention is to improve the remote detection device in such a manner that it has a high degree of measuring sensitivity with a compact and stable structure. According to the invention, the light source generates light with a wavelength at which methane is absorbed, wherein the wavelength lies between 3200 nm and 3300 nm, and the light source has an optical parametric oscillator with injection seeding, the oscillator being associated with a pump laser.
