The insulating body member (4) is made of a material that is capable of allowing a projectile (14, 16) to penetrate the insulating body member (4) and keeping that portion of the insulating body member (4) that has been in contact with the penetrating projectile (14, 16) mechanically connected to the remaining portion of the insulating body member (4).
