Abstract: A system and method of tracking a disease includes providing an input/output interface, a memory, a staging database, a relational database and one or more processors communicably coupled to the input/output interface, the memory, the staging database and the relational database, obtaining a first data corresponding to a first time period for the disease from one or more data sources, storing the first data in the staging database, obtaining a second data corresponding to a second time period for the disease from the data sources, wherein the second time period is different than the first time period, storing the second data in the staging database, processing the first and second data stored in the staging database using a disease curated data model, storing the processed first and second data in the relational database, and tracking the disease based on a plurality of metrics using the processed first and second data.
