  • Patent number: 11310127
Abstract: Examples of an apparatus and method for provisioning a service are described. Descriptors are described that represent the service. These are accessed and used to determine a reference required to implement the service. The reference indicates a type of entity and an entity to be passed to a function. The descriptor for the service is instantiated to obtain an instance of the service. This includes obtaining an instance of the type of entity indicated by the reference.

  • Patent number: 11307987
Abstract: An apparatus includes a CPU core and a L1 cache subsystem including a L1 main cache, a L1 victim cache, and a L1 controller. The apparatus includes a L2 cache subsystem coupled to the L1 cache subsystem by a transaction bus and a tag update bus. The L2 cache subsystem includes a L2 main cache, a shadow L1 main cache, a shadow L1 victim cache, and a L2 controller. The L2 controller receives a message from the L1 controller over the tag update bus, including a valid signal, an address, and a coherence state. In response to the valid signal being asserted, the L2 controller identifies an entry in the shadow L1 main cache or the shadow L1 victim cache having an address corresponding to the address of the message and updates a coherence state of the identified entry to be the coherence state of the message.

  • Patent number: 11294823
Abstract: An electronic system such as an imaging system may include processing circuitry and memory circuitry. Data replacement circuitry may be interposed between the processing circuitry and the memory circuitry. In some implementations, the memory circuitry may be a read-only memory, and data replacement circuitry may be used to selectively replace executable firmware instructions stored on the read-only memory. The selective replacement operations may be based on an address that processing circuitry provides to access the memory circuitry. The data replacement circuitry may be implemented separately from the processing circuitry and the memory circuitry and may include a comparator block, registers, and switching circuitry.

  • Patent number: 11289207
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a system for providing a representation of synchronicity of electrical activation of heart tissue. The method includes obtaining a three-dimensional model of electrical activation of the heart. The three-dimensional model includes a mesh with a plurality of nodes, each node having associated therewith a time delay between stimulation of the heart at a stimulation site and activation of the heart at that respective node. For each node a stimulus site is defined at the location of that node. For each node a modified three-dimensional model of electrical activation of the heart resulting from stimulation at that node is determined. For each node a measure for heart activation synchronicity for the heart based on stimulation at that node is determined. A heart synchronicity map is determined representing a three-dimensional model of the heart, indicating at each node the respective measure for heart activation synchronicity.

  • Patent number: 11281491
Abstract: Methods to execute an orchestration of computing services concurrently, the method including developing a representation of a set of services where each service relates to other services via different types of relationships. Also, applying a set of dependency rules for each type of relationship within the set of services such that the application of the dependency rules creates inter-step dependencies between steps representing state transitions of the set of services and developing the orchestration plan based on the inter-step dependencies that allows for concurrent execution of nondependent steps.

  • Publication number: 20220080634
Abstract: Method for viewing and selecting production resources, in particular peripheral devices, for the injection molding industry, which are organized in at least one work cell for producing an injection-molded part and connected to one another via a network. Following a manual storage request on a control device, in particular a work cell controller, or on a production resource, in particular a processing machine, all connected production resources are queried and defined data, such as the respective settings, as well as program sequences, formulations and other configurations, are read out from these and, together with the internal settings, in particular those of the processing machine, combined to form a mold data record for this injection-molded part. A listing of production resources for the injection-molded part producible on this processing machine can be automatically generated from the mold data record and displayed at an output location, preferably of the processing machine.

  • Publication number: 20220078093
Abstract: Examples herein relate to developing an orchestration plan. Examples disclose the development of a representation of a set of services wherein each service relates to other services via different types of relationships. The examples apply a set of dependency rules for each type of relationship at each service within the set of services such that the application of the set of dependency rules creates inter-service dependencies between state transitions of the set of services. Based on the creation of the inter-service dependencies, the orchestration plan is developed which includes a sequenced order of the state transitions for the set of services.

  • Publication number: 20220071497
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the use of prior images acquired of the patient and acoustic signature from a vascular region of interest to create a patient-specific model of sound propagation from the vascular region. This model is then used to monitor the progression of disease in the vascular region of interest, using subsequently-acquired acoustic signals. In an alternate embodiment, population-based images and/or population-based acoustic signatures are used to generate predictive data when a priori patient-specific imaging information is not available and this data is used to characterize or categorize at-risk patients suspected of coronary artery disease, but without prior cardiac events.
