  • Publication number: 20260039642
Abstract: A user device including an authenticator application may transmit signaling to an authorization server for a first authorization procedure to establish a first session between the user device and a first server of a first organization. The user device may transmit, to the authorization server, a request to access a different resource after establishing the first session. The user device may receive, by the authenticator application, an authentication challenge from the authorization server and transmit a response to the authentication challenge including a token indicative of the first session established via the first authorization procedure. The user device may establish a second session between the user device and a second server based on transmitting the response to the authentication challenge, where the second session is associated with the first session in accordance with the response to the authentication challenge including the token.

  • Patent number: 12478366
Abstract: A suture cutter that can easily load and retain a tensioned or un-tensioned in place for cutting. The cutter has a handle with a an integral lever and a shaft is coupled to and extending from the handle. A tip has a cutting channel with a cradle for entrapping a suture prior to cutting. A piston in the handle drives a blade pusher to cut the suture in response to movement of the lever. A guide assembly in the body is formed from a pair of members folded together via a living hinge to provide a slot for the head of the piston. The pusher is planar and oriented horizontally within the shaft, while the blade is planar and is oriented vertically at right angles to the pusher. The blade has a tab that is captured by a notch in the pusher to interlock the blade and the pusher.

  • Patent number: 12369907
Abstract: A suture passer for use in arthroscopic soft tissue repair procedures. The suture passer includes a cannulated needle having a distal tip. A post is slidable within the cannulated needle. A snare is slidable within the cannulated needle between an extended position and a retracted position. In the extended position, the snare extends from the distal tip of the cannulated needle and in the retracted position, the snare extends around the post. The suture passer may have a handle extending proximally from the cannulated needle. In use, suture is passed through an open region between the snare and the post in the extended position. As the snare and, in some cases, the post, are retracted, the snare extends around the post and closes the open region, trapping the suture between the snare and the post in a closed region.

  • Patent number: 11874686
Abstract: A joystick control device including a base and a teeter board supported on the base by at least first and second pivoting mounts, with each pivoting mount guiding relative rotary motion between the base and the teeter board about a respective axis of rotation, and the respective axes of rotation of the first and second pivoting mounts are spaced apart and extend parallel to each other. A handle effects movement of the teeter board, which movement is detected by a sensor arranged to generate an output signal indicative of the position and orientation of the teeter board relative to the base. Third and fourth pivoting mounts having respective axes of rotation perpendicular to those of the first and second pivoting mounts are suitably also provided to enable the device to provide two-axis control.

  • Patent number: 11627955
Abstract: An all-suture anchor for generating bone compression and increasing interference fixation. The all-suture anchor includes a fibrous construct which is movable between a pre-deployment configuration and a deployed configuration. The fibrous construct has a first density. The all-suture anchor also includes a monofilament woven through the fibrous construct. The monofilament has a second density, which is different than the first density. The contrasting densities (i.e., irregularities) aids in the “locking” ability of the all-suture anchor by greater purchase in hard and soft bone. The all-suture anchor can have a variety of textures, barbs, and rigidities that aid in creating irregularities within the bone surface for more secure fixation.
