  • Patent number: 12248748
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating encoded text representations of spoken utterances are disclosed. Audio data is received for a spoken utterance and analyzed to identify a nonverbal characteristic, such as a sentiment, a speaking rate, or a volume. An encoded text representation of the spoken utterance is generated, comprising a text transcription and a visual representation of the nonverbal characteristic. The visual representation comprises a geometric element, such as a graph or shape, or a variation in a text attribute, such as font, font size, or color. • Publication number: 20250077487
Abstract: Searches based on an incoming ticket identify quality ticket enrichment data using a vector database. Language model prompts target particular kinds of quality ticket data. The incoming quality ticket, or a search result ticket, or both, are enriched using enrichment data, such as a user intent identification, a workaround suggestion, a resolution description, a target audience description, a relevance description, an impact description, a description of missing resolution facilitation information, an association between the incoming quality ticket and the search result ticket, a user sentiment identification, a tag suggestion, or a feedback utility estimate. The enrichment reduces engineering and support burdens, and facilitates faster more effective resolution of the problem or the request that is stated or implied in the incoming quality ticket. Duplicate tickets are merged or removed. Tickets are prioritized. Missing problem resolution information is identified and requested sooner.

  • Patent number: 12229730
Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques that enable a Meeting Expense and Verification (MEV) controller to infer the meeting expense of a proposed meeting. The MEV controller may analyze a meeting request to identify meeting attendees, and in doing so, determine the meeting expense. In response to the meeting expense being greater than a predetermined meeting expense threshold, the MEV controller may suspend the meeting request.

  • Publication number: 20250022185
Abstract: Systems and methods for improving generated images based on image accuracy and aesthetics are disclosed herein. For example, an image tuning system can receive an image generation prompt describing a first image. The system can generate a second image. The system can compute an accuracy metric and an aesthetic metric. The system can determine whether the accuracy metric and aesthetic metric are less than respective thresholds. The system can generate a seed artifact. The system can generate a third image approximating the first image based on the seed artifact. The system can transmit the third image for display at a user interface.

  • Patent number: 12030464
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for heat sanitizing a vehicle. In one example, a method may include, responsive to receiving a request for cleaning an interior of a vehicle, adjusting a position of a sun shade based on at least one of an ambient temperature outside of the vehicle and a sun load of the vehicle, and operating a heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system to heat the interior above an upper threshold temperature for a first threshold duration. In this way, the HVAC system may be advantageously used to expose the vehicle interior to temperatures that kill or inactive microbes.

  • Patent number: 11897437
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for heat sanitizing a vehicle. In one example, a method may include, responsive to receiving a request for sanitization of a vehicle interior, activating an ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI) system and operating a heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system to heat the vehicle interior above an upper threshold temperature for a threshold duration. In this way, the HVAC system may be advantageously used to expose the vehicle interior to temperatures that kill or inactive microbes while the UVGI system may supplement the heat sanitizing.

  • Patent number: 11807072
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for heat sanitizing a vehicle. In one example, a method may include, while receiving power from an external power source and responsive to receiving a request for cleaning an interior of a vehicle, operating an electric heater of a heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system to heat the interior above an upper threshold temperature for a first threshold duration using the power received from the external power source. In this way, the HVAC system may be advantageously used to expose the vehicle interior to temperatures that kill or inactive microbes while vehicle battery power and fuel are conserved by using power supplied from the external power source.
