Patent number: 12130914Abstract: Applications and processes executing on an endpoint are monitored to identify behavior indicative of malicious activity such as a ransomware attack. Messages generated from this monitoring as well as messages derived from external sources are stored in a queue for routing. A router selects some messages from the queue based on a routing policy and sends them to a cloud-based platform that can initiate various actions based on received messages. The router also sends some messages from the queue to a module that analyzes the messages and reduces their size by aggregating, correlating, and detecting relevant information. The module puts the modified messages back into the queue for further routing by the router according to the policy. Related apparatus, systems, techniques and articles are also described.Type: GrantFiled: June 14, 2024Date of Patent: October 29, 2024Assignee: Halcyon Tech, Inc.Inventors: Robert Bushner, Alejandro Espinoza, Kristen Lamb, Seagen Levites, Clark Lindsey, Jonathan Miller, Peter Morgan, Michael Mullin, Ryan Smith, Vu Ta, Seva Tonkonoh, Timothy West

Patent number: 11399097Abstract: A computerized method of routing customer interactions (call and chats) includes the following steps performed by a server computing device: creating a database with a document for every agent with a set of attributes identifying the types of customer interactions they service, receiving a set of call attributes associated with an incoming call; formulating a query of the call attributes against all agent profiles and returning a matching score for all available agents using Elastic Search; and routing the incoming call to a target agent with the highest score in the set of available agents, if there is at least one available agent; or a customer waiting queue, if there is no suitable agent achieving at least a minimum score.Type: GrantFiled: May 11, 2021Date of Patent: July 26, 2022Assignee: FMR LLCInventors: David Peter Morgan, Prateek Nayak, Shivam Sharma, Jordan Levesque, Logeshwaran Vidhyasagar, Daniel Lee, Sridhar Duddala, Emi Choraria

Patent number: 10764164Abstract: A graphical user interface system that visually represents a graph node having multiple input ports, and that automatically adjusts the number of input ports to the graph node as open input ports are connected to upstream graph node(s) and/or as used input ports are disconnected from upstream graph node(s). Upon detecting that a set of one or more input ports has just been connected to one or more upstream graph nodes, the system may automatically add one or more additional input ports to the visual representation of the graph node without explicit user instruction. Upon detecting that a set of one or more of the input ports has just been disconnected from one or more upstream graph nodes, the system may automatically remove the determined one or more input ports from the visual representation of the graph node.Type: GrantFiled: February 14, 2019Date of Patent: September 1, 2020Assignee: MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGY LICENSING, LLCInventors: Peter Morgan, Harminder Singh, Damon Robert Hackmeister, Anthony Christopher Karloff
