The base includes a plurality of drainage holes therethrough, and is adapted to removably and interchangeably receive the mat. The bottom surface of the mat has a first mechanical fastener which removably engages a second mechanical fastener of the base, for removably engaging the mat with the base.

The mount includes a first lift link having a first end pivotally coupled to a support surface of the watercraft and a second end pivotally coupled to a front portion of the seat base and a second lift link distally located from the first lift link and having a first end pivotally coupled to a support surface of the watercraft and a second end pivotally coupled to a rear portion of the seat base. The system and method include functionality for allowing a primary user to upload content, storing the content on a site owner database, generating unique links to the content for each primary user designated client, determining when the client has played the received content beyond a predetermined threshold, and soliciting the client to become a referring client upon the determination. The system and method also include functionality for allowing the referring client to receive a reward from the primary user when the referring client refers the content to others who also view the content beyond the predetermined threshold.

Abstract: Systems and methods to provide a set of qualifying steps for a crowdsourced project during creation of the project, where the steps are coupled with cost calculators, medal awards, partner identification, and third party auditing. The systems and methods allow an efficient project entry method while also scoring the completeness of the project to potential funding users. The inclusion of stretch goals, added at any time during the creation or funding of a project allows dynamic adjustment of target funding levels and awards, providing incentives for increased funding. Described herein is a system and method to create crowdfunded projects along with quality control checks visible to funders and incentives to induce more funders and greater funding levels, at the same time as creating a higher project success rate.

The method further comprises receiving a signal, wherein the received signal is a combination of the plurality of transmitted signals, and interpolating between data in the received signal to generate a plurality of systems of equations. The method further comprises solving the plurality of systems of equations to determine a gain and phase shift applied to each of the plurality of transmitted signals by a corresponding wireless channel.
