Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices involve approaches for limiting the number of detected cardiac events for which a physician is alerted. Approaches involve detecting cardiac events based on electrocardiogram (ECG) data and associating the cardiac events with a criticality. ECG data associated with a subset of the cardiac events is transmitted to a remote computing system based, at least in part, on the criticality. An electronic notification is transmitted to a patient care group regarding at least one of the cardiac events in the subset. Approaches further include determining whether an acknowledgement of the electronic notification has been received by the server from the patient care group within a set period of time.

Abstract: Systems and method for conducting respiratory therapy in a respiratory system can adjust a flow of respiratory gases to a patient based upon a detected patient breath cycle. The respiratory system can include a non-sealed patient interface. The respiratory system can be configured to deliver a high flow therapy. A patient breath cycle may be determined using one or more measured parameters, such as a flow rate, a blower motor speed, and/or a system pressure. A flow source may be adjusted to have a phase matching that of the patient's breath cycle, such that flow in increased in response to the patient inhaling, and decreased in response to the patient exhaling.

  • Publication number: 20240403557
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media that generates a design representation to further construct a digital design multigraph and generate a structural representation for a digital design document from the digital design multigraph. For instance, the disclosed systems generate a design representation of a digital design document that includes design properties with multiple digital design elements. In particular, the disclosed systems construct a digital design (multi-) graph from the design representation by generating nodes to represent digital design elements and edges based on relationships between these elements. In addition, the disclosed systems generate a structural representation based on the digital design multigraph for downstream applications.

  • Patent number: 12156970
Abstract: The breathing assistance apparatus of the present invention includes a manifold that is provided with or retrofittable to gases supply and humidifying devices. The manifold allows gases from an oxygen concentrator to be combined with the flow through a gases supply and humidifying device, most usually air. The combined output of oxygen and other breathing gases (air) is then humidified. The breathing assistance apparatus and manifold of the present invention provides a safe method to add oxygen to the input air stream of a gases supply and humidifying device and reduces the amount of accumulation of oxygen within the gases supply device, reducing fire risk should sparking occur within the device.
