Abstract: Device and method for controlling axial forces acting upon a moving web comprises first, second and third rotatable rollers. The third roller is between the first and second rollers and is movable in a circular path in the vertical plane between lower and upper positions in response to axial forces acting at any moment upon the web. To enable a simple manual installation of the web, the upper position of the third roller is at a sufficient vertical distance above the first and second rollers to form an open horizontal passage through which the web can pass freely between the first and second rollers and the above-situated third roller. Axial forces are controlled by biasing the third roller with a force which counters the motion of the third roller in the direction of the upper working position and which is less than the ultimate tensile strength of the web.

Abstract: A method of controlling the allocation of transmission resources to wireless terminals within a radio access network, which resources are required for the provision of an IP Multimedia service to the terminals. The method comprises, in the event of a requirement to change the allocation of transmission resources to a given wireless terminal, sending a resource allocation request from a control node of the IP Multimedia Subsystem to the radio access network, the request causing a resource control node of the radio access network to change the allocation of access network resources to the wireless terminal.

At least selected parts of the color print are a transparent color print which permits transparency for the food product. One or more color shades in the transparent color print are selected so that the visual impression thereof is enhanced or modified in cooperation with the color of the food product.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method in a telecommunication system for controlling communication services between client terminals (10, 20, 30) in a network, comprising at least one application server (40) hosting a core communication service, at least one intermediate communication node (50), hosting a network residing communication part for communication with the client terminals, and the application server and intermediate communication node being adapted to seamlessly control transfer of communication sessions between the client terminals, The invention is characterised in that a controller is provided for controlling transfer of communication sessions between the terminals is divided into at least two parts, one of the parts residing in the client terminal, such as mobile telecommunication terminal, and another part residing in the intermediate communication node.

Abstract: An unlicensed-radio access network includes an access controller (303) adapted to communicate with the core network portion of a public mobile communication network (20) and connected to a broadband packet-switched network (302). The access controller receives messages from mobile stations via the broadband packet-switched network. The access controller comprises a screening module (3031-3034) for monitoring information received from a mobile station and a connection controller (3035) coupled to the screening module for controlling the connection between the mobile station and the access controller. The screening module is adapted to determine whether a mobile station is permitted to connect to the access controller, and the connection controller is adapted to terminate a connection with the mobile station if the screening module determines that the mobile station is not permitted to connect to the access controller.
