  • Publication number: 20250146713
Abstract: Wellbore synthesis techniques are disclosed suitable for use in geothermal applications. Embodiments are provided where open hole drilled wellbores are sealed while drilling in sequenced operations with utilization of phase change materials to form an impervious layer at the wellbore/formation interface in high temperature applications. The techniques may be chemical, thermal, mechanical, biological and are fully intended to irreversibly damage the formation in terms of the permeability thereof. With the permeability negated, the wellbore may be used to create a closed loop surface to surface geothermal well operable in the absence of well casing for heat transfer surfaces for maximizing thermal transfer to a circulating working fluid. Formulations for the working and drilling fluids are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20250149295
Abstract: A plasma processing apparatus includes a plasma processing chamber, a source power (SP) control path configured to generate a plasma in the processing chamber by generating SP pulses according to SP pulse parameters, and a timing circuit coupled to the SP control path. The timing circuit is configured to generate a delay causing a nonzero offset duration separating trailing edges of the SP pulses and leading edges of bias power (BP) pulses, and to output a trigger signal immediately following the nonzero offset duration. The plasma processing apparatus further includes a BP control path coupled to the timing circuit and configured to generate BP pulses triggered by the trigger signal and to couple the BP pulses to a substrate disposed in the processing chamber. The BP pulses are generated according to BP pulse parameters that are separate from the SP pulse parameters.

  • Publication number: 20250149099
Abstract: A method is described for performing a wipe-out and verification of a plurality of non-volatile memory (NVM) cells. The method includes performing an operation to set all the plurality of NVM cells to a single state. The single state may be one of a conducing or non-conducting state depending on the NVM architecture. After the operation to set the cells to the single state is complete, the verification is performed. In the verification operation, all cells of the plurality of NVM cells are set to the single state by performing a single read operation on the plurality of NVM cells. Detection of one of a conducting or non-conducting path through the plurality of NVM cells is used to verify if all cells of the NVM array had their contents wiped out. A notification is provided in response to all cells not being set to the single known state.

  • Publication number: 20250147514
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein enable routine autonomous execution of at least some major phases of aerostat operation in response to commands from human or automated external operators, a built-in decision-making capacity, or both. Various embodiments combine one or more actively controlled tethers, aerodynamic aerostat control surfaces, mechanical assistive devices (e.g., jointed arms attached to a ground station), and/or active propulsors attached to the aerostat to govern aerostat behavior during launch, flight, and landing phases of operation. Some embodiments enable automatic autonomous performance of all phases of routine post-commissioning aerostat operation, including launch, flight, and landing, without any routine need for availability of a human crew.

  • Publication number: 20250146336
Abstract: A locking mechanism for a slide out tray system may have a cam that is connected to a lock rod. A lock bar lever may be rotatable about an offset portion, such that when the cam is rotated, the end of the lock bar lever in contact with the cam is pushed upwards, thus pushing the opposite end of the lock bar lever downwards to push the locking plate down, allowing the slide out tray system to slide into a closed position. A bushing lock may interact with lock rod flanges. The lock rod flanges roll over and are supported by a bushing. When the bushing meets a space between the lock rod flanges, the lock rod may automatically rotate such that the flange contacts an edge of the bushing lock, thus preventing the lock rod and tray system from extending any further.

Abstract: Extension of power efficient paging in a wireless network. In some examples, information is buffered for a time period corresponding to a paging slot, or both the paging slot and at least one adjacent slot. The buffered control information is processed to detect paging downlink control information (DCI) and a tracking reference signal (TRS). Based on the processing, the paging message is scheduled in a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) in the paging slot. In some examples, quasi-co-located (QCL) processing may be performed on the TRS and the paging DCI paging message, and a paging message is scheduled, based on the QCL processing, in a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) in a same or offset paging slot.
