The combined device includes a front part provided with a steering assembly and at least one front wheel, and a rear part provided with at least one rear wheel. The front part is rotatably connected to the rear part in one pivot joint, or in a plurality of pivot joints having a common axis of rotation, such that on adjustment from scooter position to handcart position, the at least one rear wheel and the at least one front wheel are pivoted towards and against each other.
