Abstract: An information handling system may include at least one processor and a non-transitory memory coupled to the at least one processor. The information handling system may be configured to: receive information regarding a set of variables relating to a machine learning task for analyzing a target variable; perform principal component analysis (PCA) on the set of variables to determine a reduced set of variables; in response to a change in the plurality of variables, dynamically update the reduced set of variables; and determine at least one hyperparameter for the machine learning task based on the dynamically updated reduced set of variables.
