Abstract: A sensor controlled leveling device comprises an attitude detector and/or a laser sensor. In order to create a sensor controlled leveling device with which a desired relative attitude may be automatically set and held the attitude detector has a float which is supported and pivoted in a central part. The laser sensor comprises a zero point recognition means whose output is connected with electronic processing circuitry for at least one servo drive. Using the control unit it is possible for the drive to be operated in a direction opposing a relative change in setting of the laser sensor in relation to a reference plane as swept out by a laser generator so as to correct deviation of the laser sensor from the reference plane.

Abstract: A machine for surfacing floors by laying down a floor covering compositions, as for example asphalt, comprises an anchoring base that may be braced between two floors or bolted to the floor under it. On the base there is a pivoting boom made up of articulated links with upright pivot axes. At its outer end, there is a floor working head fixed on the boom. The base is made up of two separate leveling units placed at 90 deg to each other as well as a height adjustment unit. By providing a separate anchoring base, it is possible for the floor surfacing machine to be used both indoors and outdoors. It also allows simple and accurate leveling of the end of the boom and facilitates the working of a very wide range of different flooring compositions over large areas.

Abstract: A two-sheet, prefabricated wall unit, where the sheets are separated by spacing members, and wherein the sheet is mountable by means of a ceiling and/or floor slat that is to be secured to the room ceiling and/or the room floor, and to an installation procedure for installing these types of wall units. The wall unit is provided with means for accommodating variations which normally occur between the top edges of the sheet and the ceiling when the wall unit is being set in place.
