  • Publication number: 20190036391
Abstract: A stator for an electric motor contains a cylindrical stator yoke and a stator star which is joined to the cylindrical stator yoke and has a number of radially outwardly directed stator teeth. The tooth tips of the stator teeth bear against corresponding connecting points on the inner circumference of the stator yoke in the joined state. The stator yoke and the stator star are each formed by a punch-stacked laminated core, and in each case an adhesive, which is drawn in via capillaries, for establishing a cohesive connection is introduced between the stator star-side tooth tips and the stator yoke-side connecting points.

  • Publication number: 20170324285
Abstract: A stator for an electric motor, in particular the steering motor of a motor vehicle, comprising a cylindrical stator yoke and a stator star joined therewith and having a number of radially outwardly directed stator teeth, the tooth tips thereof, in the assembly state, resting on the inner circumference of the stator yoke in corresponding connection points. The tooth tips on the stator star side, in the assembly state, in addition to being force-locked or frictionally locked with the connecting points on the stator yoke side in a press-fit, are also integrally bonded thereto.

  • Publication number: 20170241168
Abstract: A motor vehicle lock having a positioning element, especially a control shaft, and a drive unit for moving the positioning element, wherein the drive unit has a rotor and a stator, the stator having a coil arrangement and at least two magnetically conducting poles associated with the coil arrangement for conducting the magnetic field created by the coil arrangement. It is proposed that the poles each time form, with the rotor, an axial air gap relative to the geometrical rotor axis, possibly in dependence on the rotor position, and a first segment of the coil arrangement with at least two coils and a second segment of the coil arrangement with at least two coils are arranged along the geometrical rotor axis on opposite sides of the rotor.

  • Publication number: 20160208522
Abstract: The invention relates to a motor vehicle lock having an actuating element, in particular a control shaft, which can be adjusted about an actuating element axis, and a drive for adjusting the actuating element, the drive having a rotor which is assigned to the actuating element and which has a permanent magnet arrangement, and a stator with a coil arrangement comprising at least two coils. It is proposed that the stator has at least two poles, via which a magnetic field which is generated by the coil arrangement is guided, and wherein, possibly in a manner which is dependent on the position of the rotor, at least one pole of the stator reaches up to an end side of the rotor apart from an axial gap in relation to the actuating element axis.

  • Publication number: 20140360700
Abstract: The invention relates to a heating device for heating a liquid flow (I) in a water-bearing domestic appliance. According to the invention, the heating device has a heat pipe having a heat-absorbing evaporator section and a heat-outputting condenser section that is in thermal connection with the liquid flow (I).

  • Patent number: 6086432
Abstract: The invention relates to an electric plug connection (1) with a plug holder (7) and a pin (3), especially a round-section pin (3), in which the plug holder (7) has a holding compartment in which is an axially compressible coil spring (2) having individual turns (5, 6) with the turns (5) largely having the same main diameter (dh). In order to reduce wear to the minimum even with frequent plug-in cycles and also not to increase the plugging force excessively, the invention proposes that the main diameter (dh) be larger than the outside diameter (d) of the pin (3) and that one or a few of the contact windings (6) have a smaller contact diameter than the main diameter (dh) and than the outside diameter (d) of the pin (3).
