The covering cap (22) is dimensioned in such a manner that its circumferential edge (24) ends flush with the teeth (13) of the crown cap (10).

The pouring opening is closed with a crown cap surrounded by an external packing composed of a molded cap and of a capsule which encircles the molded cap together with a part of the bottle neck. The molded cap is dimensioned so that, when the beverage bottle is closed, the impression of an upper-band mouth arises.
