    Abstract: A multilayered thermoplastic film having improved lap seal strength includes skin layers having blends of ethylene propylene copolymer with polybutylene or propylene butene copolymer, or propylene butene copolymer. Oriented shrink films can beneficially be made from three and five layer formulations including such skin layer compositions.
