Abstract: A heat pump is provided that is alternately operable in a heating mode for heating an interior space under cold or cool ambient conditions and in a cooling or dehumidification mode for cooling the interior space under warm or hot ambient conditions. The heat pump has a direct expansion (DX) coil that operates as a condenser coil for heating air passing over said DX coil when the heat pump is operated in the heating mode. The heat pump has a first outside air path that delivers outside air over the DX coil. The heat pump additionally has a second outside air airflow path that bypasses the DX coil. The heat pump optionally includes heat reclaim coil. When the heat pump has a heat reclaim coil, the second outside air airflow path is upstream of the heat reclaim coil for delivering outside air over the heat reclaim coil.

Abstract: A switch according to various embodiments of the disclosure comprises a mechanical actuator configured to control a function associated with the switch and a face coupled to the actuator. The face is configured to depress in response to a force applied to at least a portion of the face, whereby depression of the face engages the actuator to control the function associated with the switch. The face includes a plurality of segments, each segment for controlling a respective additional function associated with the switch. A respective capacitive touch sensor is coupled to each respective segment of the plurality of segments, wherein each capacitive touch sensor is configured to control the function associated with its respective segment in response to detecting human skin in contact with the segment.

Abstract: A table includes a pervious partition that is for supporting a workpiece while the workpiece is being cut in a manner that produces residue such as fumes and/or slag. A receptacle is positioned below the pervious partition for collecting at least some of the residue. The receptacle is mounted for back and forth movement relative to the pervious partition, so that the receptacle can be moved into optimal positions beneath the pervious partition for collecting residue which passes through the previous partition.
