    Abstract: The invention relates to a hydraulic system, preferably for piloting and actuating a two-cylinder thick matter pump. The hydraulic system comprises a tank (68) for receiving hydraulic oil, a primary circuit having at least one hydraulic consumer (AH, MH) which has at least one primary pump (36, 38, 61, 70), which is loaded with hydraulic oil via a first suction line (42), and is connected on the outlet side to at least one first return line, and which has a suction/return filter (40) which communicates with the first suction line (42) on the outlet side and is loaded on the inlet side with return oil from the at least one return line. A special feature of the invention consists in that the first suction line (42) communicates with the tank (68) via a separate replenishing suction line (86) and a suction filter (66), wherein a replenishing suction valve (88) which is preloaded in the direction of the suction filter (66) is arranged in the replenishing suction line (86).

    Abstract: An apparatus with a cutting device for cutting-off pieces of a wire comb binding material for binding packs of sheets with marginal perforation. The pieces to be cut-off from the material shall have an entire number of teeth. The apparatus has a guide and a conveying wheel for the material. A brake or a catch provides for the pitch-correct cutting of the material. An adjusting device for adjusting the conveying length is provided in the drive connection to the conveying wheel. For this purpose a sector gear wheel comprises partial sector gear wheels. These are rotatable and capable of being fixed with respect to one another. Alternatively, an eccent arrangement may be used for adjusting the conveying length. The radial eccenter distance of the arrangement is adjustable. A chain driven thereby is itself driving a chain wheel, which on its turn drives a catch wheel for driving the conveying wheel.

    Abstract: In an apparatus for laminating sheets of paper, card or board with plastic film which, for example, is clear and transparent, an intermittently running sheet feeder (2) is disposed upstream of a continuously running laminating device (4) and an intermittently running cross cutter (43) is disposed downstream of the laminating device. The sheet feeder (2) and cross cutter (43) have conveying drives, which can be switched on and off, and photoelectric barriers (27, 28, 50) which traverse the conveying track and, via timing elements and control devices, control the conveying drives in the sheet feeder and in the cross cutter in accordance with the mode of operation of the laminating device.
