  • Patent number: 11951110
Abstract: Described are methods of preparing reduced 3,7-diamino-10H-phenothiazine (DAPTZ) compounds of formula: wherein: R1 and R9 are independently selected from: —H; C1-4alkyl; C2-4alkenyl; and halogenated C1-4alkyl; each of R3NA and R3NB is independently selected from: —H; C1-4alkyl; C2-4alkenyl; and halogenated C1-4alkyl; each of R7NA and R7NB is independently selected from: —H; C1-4alkyl; C2-4alkenyl; and halogenated C1-4alkyl; each of HX1 and HX2 is independently a protic acid; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, and hydrates thereof. These methods are particularly useful for producing stable reduced forms, and with high purity. The stability and purity are especially relevant for pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of disease. The compounds are useful for treatment of e.g. tauopathies, such as Alzheimer's disease, and also as prodrugs for the corresponding oxidized thioninium drugs.

  • Patent number: 11864640
Abstract: A bi-axial ball tip for use with a mobility cane. The bi-axial ball tip includes an omni ball, at least two mirrored brackets, and a grip. The mirrored brackets form a chamber to accommodate part of the omni ball, allowing the omni ball to rotate around a horizontal axis inside the chamber. The rotation of the omni ball when the ball engages a ground surface and is provided to aid visually impaired people. The grip connects the mirrored brackets in a manner such that the mirrored brackets and the omni ball, together, rotate around a vertical axis which is orthogonal to the horizontal axis.

  • Patent number: 10545233
Abstract: Described herein are methods and devices for improved location of any and all underwater structures or equipment installed underwater. In particular, systems are disclosed that combine optical and acoustic metrology for locating objects in underwater environments. The systems allow for relative positions of objects to be determined with great accuracy using optical techniques, and support enhanced location of devices that utilize acoustic location techniques. In addition, location information can be provided by the system even in conditions that make optical metrology techniques impossible or impractical.

  • Patent number: 9056113
Abstract: This innovation is a unique, natural, CONSUMABLE and topical treatment for many of my body's ailments that has helped me in ways other products never did. The anti-bacterial herbs appear to fight the root cause of the many ailments listed, instead of just masking them. It cleansed my pores for acne. I sprayed it in and on my eyes. It gently allowed sebaceous debris, often called eye mucous, to painlessly ooze away from eyelash pores and other eye glands like NO other product I have heard of. It unclogged the micro eyelid circulation, greatly reducing the puffiness we all get with age. Cleaning pores allowed skin to heal itself better, reducing wrinkles and acne scars. It naturally kills bacteria that cause odors under your arms and orally. It is consumable, so it works safely all the way down the back of the tongue where scrappers and chemical washes can't reach.

  • Publication number: 20090223766
Abstract: In a neutral section (1) for use with an overhead railway conductor line, which neutral section (1) is disposed between the ends of the conductor line when in use and comprises an insulator (10) to isolate the ends of the conductor line from each other, the neutral axis of the neutral section (1) being such that when the neutral section (1) is in use the neutral axis is aligned closely with the neutral axis of the conductors on its either side and the height of the insulator (10) is chosen so that the stiffness and the dynamic mass of the neutral section (1) closely match those of the conductors on its either side in both the vertical and horizontal planes.
