A method of adhering a first object to a second object includes the steps of: providing an adhesive product including a backing strip of release material and a gelled adhesive on the backing strip, applying the adhesive product to the first object such that the gelled adhesive contacts the first object, removing the backing strip from the adhesive product, and pressing the second object against the gelled adhesive and the first object.
