Abstract: A bale forming apparatus including a bale forming device providing a bale forming chamber, a rotatable driving member, a shaft, and a free-wheel clutch provided between the shaft and the rotatable driving member. The shaft drives at least temporarily the rotatable driving member. The free-wheel clutch transfers a rotation of the shaft onto the driving member. The rotated driving member drives at least one part of the bale forming device. The bale forming device forms a bale in the provided bale forming chamber. At least one time the rotatable driving member is rotated with respect to the shaft. The free-wheel clutch enables this rotation of the rotatable driving member.

Abstract: A feeding apparatus and a feeding method are disclosed. The apparatus and the method feed wrapping material towards an inlet of a chamber. An object in this chamber is to be wrapped with wrapping material injected into the chamber. A wrapping material supplying unit supplies wrapping material from a reservoir towards the inlet such that a loose end area is formed. A drive drives a conveying surface of a wrapping material feeding unit either in a feeding direction or in a cleaning direction. If moved in the feeding direction, the conveying surface conveys the loose end area towards the inlet. If moved in the cleaning direction, the conveying surface cleans the inlet from debris.

Abstract: A round baler for agricultural harvested crop and including a variable volume bale chamber having a delivery opening and limited, in an axial direction, by side walls of the baler housing and, in a radial direction, by at least one flexible transporting and pressing belt, which is guided over deflection rolls, and by at least one pressing roller which is arranged adjacent to a respective deflection roll, a pivot device supported in the baler housing for pivoting the transporting and pressing belt, with increase of a bale diameter, from a start position of the transporting and pressing belt into its end position, and elements for positively shifting a radial position of at least one pressing roller or the respective deflection roll relative to the bale chamber dependent on the pivotal movement of the pivot device.

Abstract: A round baling press for agricultural stalk grains is disclosed which comprises revolving pressing elements wherein the revolving pressing elements include at least one of rollers, conveyors belts, conveyor bar chains and similar items, and further wherein the revolving pressing elements bound a pressing space. The revolving pressing elements are driven on their side facing the pressing space in a region of a commodity inlet aperture so as to revolve from a bottom to a top. The round baling press also comprises a revolving conveyor arrangement, wherein the revolving conveyor arrangement is driven in a same peripheral direction as the pressing elements. The revolving conveyor arrangement is disposed between a pickup and the commodity inlet aperture. The conveyor arrangement further comprises a conveyor roller having rigid prongs which are disposed directly upstream of the commodity inlet aperture and above a supply channel base so as to be rotatably fixed in a supply channel.
