  • Publication number: 20240342970
Abstract: An injection molding tool or an injection method for producing at least one molded part in a molding space, wherein the injection molding tool has at least two tool elements which are movable relative to one another between an open position and a closed position, wherein in the closed position the molding space is at least partially enclosed by the at least two tool elements and wherein in the open position a molded part produced in the molding space can be removed from the injection molding tool. In order to enable cleaning of the injection molding tool, a cleaning position is provided which lies between the open position and the closed position and in which a spacer element is arranged between the tool elements.

  • Patent number: 11833725
Abstract: An injection molding apparatus with hot runners includes a rear plate that supports at least one manifold, wherein a first face of the rear plate that contains the main manifold is in direct contact with a first face of the manifold plate substantially on the entire flat surface of the first face of the manifold plate which is not affected by the recesses which, in the manifold plate, accommodate the secondary manifolds. The manifold plate has nozzles, and the actuators of the injection nozzles are completely external to the rear plate, are completely inside recesses of the manifold plate, and are arranged so that a respective piston cylinder is compressed between the first face of the rear plate and the secondary manifold.

  • Publication number: 20230271362
Abstract: Injection mould for producing mouldings having a cavity plate with cavities and a core plate with cores. The cavity plate and the core plate are movable between a closed position, in which each core is respectively arranged in a cavity, and an open position, in which no core is arranged within a cavity. Each moulding space is assigned a neck-ring pair with two neck rings, and the neck-ring pair is arranged on the core plate and is movable between a holding position, in which neck rings of the neck-ring pair are in contact, and a releasing position, in which neck rings of the neck-ring pair are not in contact. To provide an injection mould with which mouldings can be produced and provided for further processing as efficiently as possible, the cores and the cavities are arranged on a curved path.

  • Patent number: 6460905
Abstract: Inner door handle for automobiles comprising a lever privotably supported within a housing, a driving connection interconnecting the lever and a door lock, a return spring engaging the lever and biasing the lever towards a basic position if the lever is pivoted from the basic position to an opening position, the lever being adapted to be pivoted into an oppositely located locking position, characterized in that the return spring and the lever are structured such that the lever in the opening position is biased towards the basic position, the return spring, however, does not act on the lever in the locking position, a dead point spring being provided which biases the lever towards the locking position if it exceeds a dead point position upon movement from the basic into the locking position, the dead point spring biasing the lever towards the basic position on the opposite side of the dead point position of lever, the dead point spring being ineffective upon displacement of the lever into the opening position.
