  • Patent number: 9682163
Abstract: A method and apparatus for the sterilization of plastics material pre-forms, wherein the plastics material pre-forms are conveyed by a conveying device along a pre-determined conveying path and are sterilized at least for a time during this conveying by being acted upon with a flowable sterilization agent, wherein the plastics material pre-forms are conveyed at least for a time inside a housing. According to the method and apparatus, at least one portion of the housing is heated at least for a time and/or during the sterilization procedure by a heating source independent of the sterilization agent.

  • Patent number: 9606178
Abstract: A method of probing wafers includes providing a processor running a parametric test program generator algorithm which execute steps including reading a stored first probe program including a first test sequence (TS1) having a first tests configured for probing at least a first circuit element (FCE) in a first scribe line module. TS1 includes (i) electrical pinning and geometrical data and (ii) first Variable Group data specific for the FCE including first test parameters having at least first forcing conditions. The (ii) is modified with modified second variable group data specific to a second circuit element (SCE) in a second scribe line module. The modified second Variable Group data includes modified second test parameters having second forcing conditions. (i) of TS1 is merged with the modified second Variable Group data to generate code for a second test sequence of a second probe program that is configured for probing the SCE.

  • Publication number: 20150231290
Abstract: A method for the sterilization of plastics material pre-forms, wherein the plastics material pre-forms are conveyed by a conveying device (2) along a pre-determined conveying path and are sterilized at least for a time during this conveying by being acted upon with a flowable sterilization agent, wherein the plastics material pre-forms are conveyed at least for a time inside a housing (4). According to the invention at least one portion of the housing (4) is heated at least for a time and/or during the sterilization procedure by a heating source independent of the sterilization agent.

  • Patent number: 6281671
Abstract: An electrode component group for a corrosion measuring system for detecting corrosion of a metal embedded in a construction component of ion-conducting material has a rod-shaped base body having a first flange member at a first end of base body and a second flange member at a second end of base body. The base body is insertable into the construction component with the first end leading. A plurality of spacer rings is positioned on the base body between the first and second flange members. The metal electrode rings and sealing rings are arranged alternatingly between the spacer rings. Each one of the metal electrode rings have an electrical line connected to a measuring circuit external to the construction component. The electrical lines are guided inside the metal electrode rings to the second end of the base body. A device for reducing a spacing between the first and second flange members is provided.

  • Patent number: 5015355
Abstract: A corrosion measuring cell for establishing the start of corrosion and/or for measuring the degree of corrosion of structural or reinforcing steel, which is embedded in a concrete structural part, has a corrosion-resistant cathode electrode, and several ordinary steel anode electrodes spaced from one another at different distances from the external surface of the concrete structural part. The anode electrodes are each connected to a cathode electrode through a current-measuring device which measures current due to corrosion at the anodes in order to establish the temporal course of carbonatization or chloridization taking place in the concrete. The connections may be switched between the measuring device and a polarizing device which polarizes the anode electrode in such a manner that the corrosion current, and thus the corrosion of the anode electrode, stops when desired to avoid damage to the concrete.
