  • Publication number: 20060201559
Abstract: A valve arrangement for a hydraulic or pneumatic control device is proposed, which comprises a housing (4) with two ports (7, 8) provided on one side and a further port (9) on the other side, in particular the opposite side, in which a switching valve (6) and a throttle check-valve (1) are arranged in the housing (4) in a layered configuration, such that the control pressure medium can pass from the working valve (A) or (B), via the switching valve (6) and through the throttle check-valve (1) to a consumer (P) or vice-versa.
    Type: Application
    Filed: March 7, 2006
    Publication date: September 14, 2006
    Inventors: Georg Ege, Peter Schnell
  • Patent number: 6811820
Abstract: A friction lining for wet running consists of a fabric which can be applied to a carrier (6) and is partly impregnated with resin. In order to provide favorable friction conditions it is proposed that the porosity of the fabric (1) impregnated with resin is higher in the zone of the friction face (4) by a lower resin content in a surface layer (h) than in the remaining layer.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 3, 2002
Date of Patent: November 2, 2004
Assignees: Miba Frictec GmbH, Hexcel Corporation
Inventors: Klaus Dieter Löcker, Gerhard Hartner, Günter Mikolasch, Peter Schnell, Franz Maier-Lehner, Johann Oisser, Rüdiger Spaun

  • Patent number: 4886684
Abstract: A process for the production of prepregs having a high fiber weight of 500 to 2500 g/m.sup.2, in which process fiber strands made of glass carbon, aramid, ceramic, metal or other inorganic and/or organic fiber materials, if appropriate together with woven fabrics, laid fabrics, nonwoven fabrics or mats made from one of these materials, are impregnated with duroplastic resins without additional solvents and fed to a twin-belt press, in whose first part, the pressure heating zone, the impregnated fiber material is converted into the B state under the action of pressure and heat, and in whose second part, the integral pressure cooling zone, the fiber material is cooled under pressure, thus stabilizing the B state.

  • Patent number: 4543145
Abstract: Process for the continuous production of single-ply or multi-ply laminates, comprising feeding from below and at an obtuse angle, a web uniformly coated with resin, on to a fiber web or reinforcing web which is under tension, so that the resin penetrates the fiber web or reinforcing web in a bubble-free manner, and then passing the fiber web or reinforcing web uniformly impregnated with resin, either by itself or conjointly with one or more separating films or decorative films or resin-impermeable covering films, through a heating zone and pressure zone, whereby a single-ply or multi-ply laminate is produced. Apparatus for carrying out the process is also described.
