  • Patent number: 10557553
Abstract: A sealing ring for sealing a second component, which rotates in relation to a first component, for example for sealing a distribution channel of a rotary media distributor in a beverage filling system is described. The sealing ring includes an annular seal main body to be accommodated on the first component and a wear profiled element arranged radially within the seal main body for contacting the second component in a sealing manner, wherein the seal main body has at least one region of reduced radius in order to enable deformation of the seal main body as the seal main body is assembled with the first component.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 8, 2016
Date of Patent: February 11, 2020
    Assignee: KRONES AG
    Inventors: Franz Braun, Peter Schwarzfischer

  • Patent number: 8656688
Abstract: A capper used for a great variety of containers and comprising a container carrier, which is adapted to be driven by a capper drive motor for transporting the containers on a lower part, and an upper part, which carries at least one closing element and which is also adapted to be driven by the capper drive motor, the upper part being vertically adjustable relative to the lower part at least for adaptation to different container heights, and where the upper part is vertically adjusted by the capper drive motor, and that a clutch system is provided, which is adapted to be selectively switched between a drive function and an upper-part height adjustment function.

  • Patent number: 4543009
Abstract: A connector designed to form a butt joint between two channel profiles, or between one such profile and some other member, comprises an elongate wedge piece with flanks diverging downwardly toward the channel bottom and a spring clip with similarly diverging legs having serrated lower edges and straddling the wedge piece over part of its length. A central web of the spring clip, spacedly overlying the top surface of the wedge piece remote from the channel bottom, terminates in a tongue whose tip enters a slit in that surface which it approaches at an acute angle of inclination.
