  • Patent number: 11945807
Abstract: Linker-drug compounds and antibody-drug conjugates that bind to human oncology targets are disclosed. The linker-drug compounds and antibody-drug conjugates comprise a splicing modulator drug moiety. The disclosure further relates to methods and compositions for use in the treatment of neoplastic disorders by administering the antibody-drug conjugates provided herein. In an embodiment, the splicing modulator comprises a pladienolide or a pladienolide derivative.

  • Patent number: 8545962
Abstract: Surfaces are provided comprising an array of partially embedded nano-fibers. Two such surfaces may contact each other such that the respective nano-fibers contact at orthogonal angles, resulting in ultra-low friction and ultra-low adhesion contact. Such configurations are useful in several NEMS or MEMS applications, as well as macro-sized applications. Alternatively, the surfaces may contact each other such that the respective nano-fibers are parallel. These configurations are useful in micro-stage or high-order three-dimensional self assembly applications.

  • Patent number: 7732752
Abstract: A housing for a control device includes an enclosed cavity configured to secure an optical detection system, including a light source and a sensor, and a face of the enclosed cavity configured to include a window to allow light from the light source to scatter light off of a surface and configured to allow reception of the scattered light on the sensor. In this configuration the housing is structured to prevent exposure of the optical detection system to external elements such as the surface. Also disclosed is a homodyning system for use with a coherent light source optical pointing device.

  • Patent number: 7652874
Abstract: Keyboards comprise mechanisms to raise a portion of the keyboard to angle the keyboard for more ergonomically efficient usage. A first embodiment includes a system of gears that rotates cylindrical feet out of the bottom of the keyboard. The gear system transforms a small amount of user input into a relatively large height extension. Another embodiment includes a plinth of the keyboard housing that rests on the table while the upper portion of the keyboard is raised or lowered to the desired height.

Inventors: James Cathal Loughnanae, Peter Sheehan
  • Patent number: 7567432
Abstract: A full-size keyboard with an integrated laptop stand. In one embodiment, the laptop stand is part of a cover for a portable keyboard, with the cover unfolding and including a pop-up stand for supporting a portable computer. The stand is thus connected to the keyboard rather than being a separate article. The cover includes electronics, such as a USB hub and ports, an MP3 player docking station, speakers, etc. A flexible hinge connects the keyboard and cover, with imbedded electrical flex connectors. A presence sensor, such as a PIR sensor, shuts off battery use by these electronics when the user is not around.

  • Publication number: 20080158021
Abstract: The present invention uniquely separates the number pad from a keyboard providing a separate, wireless device. This separate wireless device with the number pad includes a display and has multiple modes of operation.
