    Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for culturing systemic bioengineered tumor models, including osteosarcoma cells or breast adenocarcinoma cells derived from patients. The model includes the tumor cells on host tissues such as bone, liver, lung, and heart tissue, wherein the bone, liver, lung, and heart tissue are separated by endothelial barriers. Beneath the endothelial barriers the tissues are connected via circulation containing secreted factors and cells (e.g., tumor/immune cells).

    Abstract: An encryption management system for a network. The system connects between a protected network and an unprotected network, and manages both encryption and decryption of a payload to be sent between the networks. The encryption and decryption uses different cryptography systems which are optimized for different kinds of encryption and decryption. For example, one system uses a hardwired encryptor while other systems may use a software encryptor. The signing keys are stored in a separate management unit which is connected to the main encryptor over a separate network interface and communicates with the main processor using simple network management protocol.
