Abstract: Provided herein are compositions and methods for treating a glioblastoma in a patient after surgical resection, radiation therapy and chemotherapy comprising administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of an intravenous liposomal curcumin or curcuminoids to a human subject in need thereof after surgical resection of the glioblastoma a dosing regimen comprising the therapeutically effective amount of the liposomal curcumin or curcuminoids of at least 300 mg/m2 over 8 hours or less, and wherein a treatment cycle is for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12 consecutive weeks.
