    Abstract: A panel assembly that is attached to the support structure of a server or IT rack. The panel assembly includes a panel and a bracket. The panel is rotatably attached to the support structure by the bracket, about a vertical axis. The panel is rotatable between open and closed positions. When in the closed position, the panel extends between two members of the server or IT rack support structure and prevents cooling airflow through the space behind the panel and between the two members. When in the open position, the panel does not impede cooling airflow through that space.
