  • Patent number: 11916443
Abstract: A rotor for an electric machine, comprising a rotor shaft and a laminated core arranged on it, comprising multiple metal plates arranged in axial succession and lying against each other, as well as at least one coolant duct running through the laminated core, wherein the laminated core is axially clamped by at least one clamping means, wherein the clamping means shoved onto the rotor shaft comprises at least one axially braced spring element and at least one tolerance compensation disk.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 4, 2021
Date of Patent: February 27, 2024
    Assignee: AUDI AG
Inventors: Moritz Lux, Peter Suess, Lars Wetterau
  • Patent number: 11837922
Abstract: An electric machine has a stator and a rotor arranged on a hollow shaft and able to turn relative to the stator about an axis of rotation, wherein the hollow shaft comprises, in a shaft casing, at least one shaft exit opening for coolant supplied to a shaft interior space of the hollow shaft. A cover element is arranged next to the rotor on the hollow shaft, in which is formed a fluid duct comprising a fluid duct inlet and a fluid duct outlet, wherein the fluid duct inlet overlaps with the shaft exit opening and the fluid duct outlet overlaps with a coolant duct inlet of a coolant duct reaching through the rotor in the axial direction relative to the axis of rotation, having a coolant duct outlet on its side opposite the coolant duct inlet, through which the coolant emerges from the rotor.

  • Patent number: 10886825
Abstract: A rotor for an electric machine. A laminated core with a plurality of short-circuit bars that pass through it and are joined at both ends by way of a respective short-circuit ring. A support disc, which is made of a material that has a higher strength than the material of the short-circuit ring, is axially arranged at each short-circuit ring.

  • Patent number: 4257889
Abstract: In a ship an opening is provided in the bow for skimming an oil/water mixture off the surface of the body of the water on which the ship travels. A ramp located within the ship slopes upwardly from the bow toward the stern and conveys the mixture to a location over a collection tank. The end of the ramp closer to the stern is formed by an overflow flap pivotally connected to the fore part of the ramp. Sensing elements check various factors affecting flow into the collecting tank and control an adjusting device which pivotally positions the overflow flap relative to the remainder of the ramp.
