    Abstract: The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for adjusting a high voltage. According to the invention, several semiconductor adjustment members are connected in series, only one of the adjustment members being directly coupled to a control signal source, while the control voltage for the remaining adjustment members is each time derived from the output voltage of the preceding adjustment member.
