    Abstract: A delivery device for delivering a prosthetic heart valve may include a balloon catheter shaft having a distal end, an inner shaft extending through the balloon catheter in a proximal-to-distal direction, an atraumatic distal tip positioned at a distal end of the inner shaft, and a balloon positioned between the distal end of the balloon catheter shaft and the atraumatic distal tip. In an uninflated condition of the balloon, the balloon may include a proximal bulge, a distal bulge, and an intermediate section having a diameter that is smaller than a diameter of the proximal bulge and smaller than a diameter of the distal bulge. The distal bulge may extend a first length in the proximal-to-distal direction, and the proximal bulge may extend a second length in the proximal-to-distal direction, the first length being different than the second length.

It finally includes controlling a propulsion and braking system of the driverless vehicle in response to the longitudinal motion request received from the pilot vehicle and controlling a propulsion and braking system of the pilot vehicle, while tethered to the driverless vehicle, to maintain a target longitudinal clearance from the driverless vehicle.

When a current flowing through the circuit interrupter flows in a first direction from the first terminal toward the second terminal, the current flows through the diode. When the current flowing through the circuit interrupter flows in a second direction from the second terminal toward the first terminal, the current flows through the electromagnetic element.

    Abstract: A pacemaker electrode has an axially open, hollow cylinder, a plunger axiy displaceably received in the cylinder and a securing element for attaching the electrode to the heart. The securing element is mounted on the plunger for movement therewith as a unit. The securing element and the plunger have a withdrawn position in which the securing element is in a substantially fully retracted state within the cylinder. Further, the securing element and the plunger have an advanced position in which the securing element projects from the cylinder. The cylinder has a portion which is substantially pervious to X-rays. The plunger substantially blocks the path of X-rays across the cylinder through the X-ray pervious portion when the plunger and the securing element are in the withdrawn position.
