    Abstract: The invention relates to a process for the preparation of therapeutically useful, highly stable soft gelatine capsules containing native oils obtained in the case of vegetable oils by the cold pressing of mainly plant parts, such as seeds, which comprises adjusting the free fatty acid content of the oil to an acid number of from about 0.3 to about 4.5 by mixing oils of identical or different natural source with a different acid number not in excess of about 4.5 and then filling the oil into soft gelatine capsules aromatized from about 0% to about 10% by mass of a perfume.

    Abstract: An adsorbent layer (stationary phase) for a pressurized layer chromatographic apparatus, for the development of linear chromatogram, is sealed at the edges by impregnation. For the purpose of solvent control some of the adsorbent material is removed in one or several zones of the adsorbent layer near the place of solvent admission, or one or several baffle plates or wires are arranged behind the place(s) of sample application, or if necessary, the adsorbent layer is provided with a conventionally formed concentration zone in the area of the solvent admission. As a result of the impregnation, the migrating solvent composite does not escape at the edges of the adsorbent layer according to the invention in case of overpressure. As a result of the removal of adsorbent material, or the arrangement of baffles or wires, or the application of a concentration zone, the solvent migrates with a straight-line front.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a process for the production of propagating material of plants by micropropagation in sterile tissue culture which comprises(a) planting sterile shoot cuttings of plants in solid nutrient medium in a suitable flask, filling up the flask with a suitable liquid nutrient medium optionally containing a growth regulator and growing the shoots in the submersed system; thereafter(b) cutting up into pieces the ramified culture thus obtained which contains a number of lateral buds and shoots, rooting the top-end shoots and planting the same after adaptation, and subjecting the cuttings prepared from the lower and middle parts of the shoot cultures to further cultivations according to step (a);and repeating steps (a) and (b) until the desired number of top-end shoots is reached.
