    Abstract: A device for stopping the flow of fluid under pressure from an open-ended pipe including a clamp adapted to grasp a pipe adjacent its open end. A stopper holder extends from the clamp and is alignable with the open end of the pipe. The stopper is adapted to be held by the stopper holder in a position aligned with the open end of the pipe, and adapted to be inserted from the aligned position into the pipe to stop the flow of fluid from the pipe.
