The topical composition may further contain a cannabinoid component, such as CBD, and/or a terpene and/or an essential oil. The topical composition may be in the form of a two-component composition in which a first topical composition includes dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), a diluent, and a quaternary ammonium compound and the second topical composition includes dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), a diluent, and a cannabinoid component.

Abstract: A common coexistence timer can be implemented on collocated or proximate wireless radio devices so that timing information associated with scheduled communications of each of the wireless radio devices is communicated with a common time reference. The coexistence timer provides the common time reference for the wireless radio devices. A transmitting wireless radio device can calculate a difference time associated with the timing information of a scheduled communication and can provide the difference time to a receiving wireless radio device. The receiving wireless radio device can convert the difference time into a time format corresponding to the receiving wireless radio device's local time reference. This can minimize interference between the collocated or proximate wireless radio devices, thus minimizing performance degradation, packet collision, and interference.

In the scanning state, the medium access controller directs the wireless transceiver to receive frames on at least one wireless channel and the medium access controller scans the received frames for identifiers of one or more respective target access points. In the power conserving state, the medium access controller places at least one of the wireless transceiver and the medium access controller in a low-power mode of operation.

Abstract: Systems and methods of wireless communications between a peripheral and a mobile unit in a wireless network environment are described. In one aspect, a trigger frame is wirelessly transmitted in accordance with a wireless local area network (LAN) communications protocol in response to a determination to acquire data wirelessly from a target peripheral. The trigger frame reserves a wireless channel for a duration sufficient to meet a time needed by the target peripheral to transmit local data. The target peripheral awaits receipt of a trigger frame from a target mobile unit before wirelessly transmitting local data. In response to receipt of the trigger frame, the target peripheral transmits the local data to the target mobile unit over the wireless channel during the reserved duration in accordance with a wireless local area network (LAN) communications protocol.

Upon the determination of the region, a determination is made as to whether the location is within a sub-region within the region. If the location is within a sub-region, a function of the pen computer is performed based on the sub-region. If the location is not within a sub-region, a function of the pen computer is performed based on the region.
