Abstract: Disclosed is a method of delivering targeted content to users of a communication system comprises receiving notification data of a communication event conducted over a communication network of the communication system between at least a first and a second user of the communication system, the notification data identifying the second user and conveying information pertaining to the first user. The method further comprises selecting content for transmission to the identified second user based on the information pertaining to the first user and transmitting the selected content to a user device associated with the identified second user for delivery to the second user.
