Abstract: The invention relates to apparatus for dispensing flowable material such as pig feed nuts, comprising a container or hopper for the material, a metering dispenser for delivering a metered amount of the material from an outlet (not shown) of the container, and an ejector having an inlet for receiving the metered material substantially centrally thereof and an outlet spaced from the inlet through which the metered material is ejected from the apparatus to a desired location, such as a field or enclosure in which pigs are kept in a free-range environment.
