Abstract: Coin management devices having a transparent tubular device for receiving and aligning coins flat surface to flat surface and a tray into which aligned coins are arranged and the accumulated value of such coins ascertained. The tubular device has a tube of a diameter greater than a coin, with a mouth arranged midway its length communicating therewith. The tray has a channel into which aligned coins may be placed and indicia associated with the channel for ascertaining the value of coins accumulated therein. The tray may also have legs for elevating one end. A coin management method is also taught which utilizes the coin management devices, and includes the step of rocking and jiggling the tubular device to align coins into a column of a given denomination.
