  • Patent number: 9464468
Abstract: A locking mechanism includes a hooking component, an engagement structure, and an actuation component. The hooking component is disposed in a casing of a portable electronic apparatus. The engagement structure and the actuation component are disposed in another casing of the portable electronic apparatus. The actuation component is slidable relatively to the casing and includes a magnetic portion. When the magnetic portion approaches a hooking part of the hooking component, the hooking part is rotated out of the casing by a magnetic effect to hook the engagement structure; when the actuation component slides such that the magnetic portion is moved away from the hooking part, because a force generated by the magnetic effect to the hooking part decreases, a resilient part of the hooking component can drive the hooking part to disengaged from the engagement structure to rotate into the casing.

  • Patent number: 9110633
Abstract: A base structure includes a main body, a cover, a rod and an operating element. The main body includes a hollow portion, a containing portion for placing a battery module and an electrical connecting portion. The cover is combined detachably with the main body to cover the hollow portion. The operating element passes through the main body to connect to the rod, and drives the rod to move relative to the main body. After the cover is combined with the main body, the rod in a first position locks the cover. When the rod is moved from the first position to a second position, the rod unlocks the cover and pushes the cover outwards from the main body, and the rod pushes the battery module to be electrically disconnected from the electrical connecting portion at the same time.

  • Patent number: 8963032
Abstract: A button mechanism includes a casing, a frame, a fixing structure, a button and at least one resilient component. An opening is formed on the casing. The frame is installed inside the casing and located in a position corresponding to the opening. The fixing structure is disposed on the casing for fixing the frame. The button is installed inside the frame. The button includes a main body and an actuating portion connected to a side of the main body. The actuating portion passes through the hole on the frame as the main body is pressed down in a first direction, so as to actuate a switch. The resilient component is installed inside the frame, and two ends of the resilient component contact against an inner side of the frame and the main body respectively, so as to drive the button to move in a direction opposite to the first direction.

  • Patent number: 8953333
Abstract: An electronic device includes a fixing structure and an electronic component. The fixing structure includes a base, a locking element, and a fixing element. The base has a first position-limiting portion, a second position-limiting portion, and an assembling portion. The locking element and the fixing element respectively have a first and a second locking portion. When the locking element is assembled to the assembling portion and the first locking portion faces the first position-limiting portion, the fixing element is limited on the first position-limiting portion to lock the second locking portion with the first locking portion. When the locking element is assembled to the assembling portion and the first locking portion faces the second position-limiting portion, the fixing element is limited on the second position-limiting portion to lock the second locking portion with the first locking portion. The electronic component is fixed to the base through the fixing element.

  • Publication number: 20120215706
Abstract: A method for providing a recognition user interface for an enterprise social network including users associated with an entity. The method can include receiving a recognition request to award recognition to a second user of the enterprise social network. The recognition request can include identification information associated with the first user. In response to receiving the request, a profile associated with the second user can be accessed from one or more databases associated with the enterprise social network. A total recognition parameter in the profile associated with the second user can be updated. The updated total recognition parameter associated with the second user and the identification information associated with the first user can be saved in the one or more databases.
