Preferably, it further comprises at least one prebiotic component, and at least one viscosity-improving component. The protein fraction of the formula is preferably a hydrolysate prepared by hydrolysing a protein starting material, especially a whey protein with a combination of at least one endo- and at least one exoproteinase.
