  • Patent number: 10314508
Abstract: Method for processing a brain wave signal (4) obtained from a person using a brain wave detector (5). One or more stimuli are applied to the person in which each of the one or more stimuli comprises a pseudo random noise component modulating the stimulus intensity. A brain wave signal (4) is detected after applying the one or more stimuli. The detected brain wave signal is processed to calculate which of the one or more stimuli is present in the detected brain wave signal using correlation techniques. The pseudo random noise component comprises a pseudo random noise sequence of the class of maximum length sequences, which are further modulated with twice their associated bit frequency.

  • Patent number: 9084549
Abstract: Method and brain computer interface for processing a brain wave signal of a subject using a brain wave detector. One or more stimuli are applied to the subject which each include a pseudo random noise component. The brain wave signal is detected and mental processing of the one or more stimuli is tracked by correlating the pseudo random noise component and the brain wave signal.

  • Publication number: 20120100514
Abstract: Method for training of a perceptual skill, e.g. using a brain computer interface, which method comprises measuring electrophysiological activity in reaction to a sequence of perceptual stimuli. Furthermore, matching the measured electrophysiological activity signal with a predefined electrophysiological signature signal is performed, in which the predefined electrophysiological signature signal corresponds to an early electrophysiological component. Feedback is provided when a match is detected.

  • Patent number: 7177871
Abstract: Method and server system for providing communication between a first user and at least one further user comprising the steps of sending a page comprising information to a first client computer for presentation to the first user, receiving a selection from the page from the first client computer, and sending information associated with the selection to at least one further client computer for presentation to a further user. In a further embodiment the method comprises the further steps of: sending a further page comprising further information associated with the selection to the at least one further client computer for presentation to the user, receiving a further selection from the further page, and sending information associated with the further selection to the first client computer for presentation to the first user.

  • Patent number: 6275222
Abstract: In an illustrative embodiment, the invention discloses a computer system in which an arbitrary set of graphical images can be used to navigate through a musical score. The musical score may be read through by a user while listening to the music and pointing to a corresponding position in the music. To this end, tracking information may be stored with image as a time-place mapping. In navigation through the musical score, the mapping may be used inversely to calculate musical time from a place pointed at in the score. In collaboration, the mapping may be used to calculate corresponding positions in different versions (parts) of the same musical score presented to different users.
