Abstract: A travelling wave motion is formed in a power line wire, which wave motion loosens material, like snow or ice, on the surface of the wire. A first support point and a second support point are arranged on the wire course, the distance of which support points being substantially smaller than the distance between the adjacent support posts of the power line, and the course of the wire is changed on the part between the support points. Then the wire is suddenly returned into its original course, which evokes a longitudinal and/or transverse wave motion in the wire. The course of the wire can be changed by applying a force on the wire between the first and second support points, in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the wire. Thus the wire is returned into its original course by suddenly removing the force applied into the wire.

Abstract: The object of the invention is a battery-operated welding and/or cutting device including a frame and at least one battery cell. The frame includes a cooling profile having an outer surface, which is in direct contact with the air surrounding the device. The cooling profile is provided to accommodate at least one battery cell, such that the cooling profile at least partly surrounds the battery cell in order to conduct heat from the battery cell to the cooling profile and, via the outer surface of the cooling profile, away from the device. The object of the invention is also a cooling profile.

Abstract: An approach is provided for identifying and mapping content. A content mapping platform receives a sample of content and determines to identify the content based, at least in part, on the sample. The content mapping platform then determines to initiate transfer of the content, information related to the content, other content related to the content, a preview of the content, or a combination thereof to a device based, at least in part, on the identification.
