    Abstract: A method of testing a web browser plug-in including the steps of: creating a master key identifying all possible values from activities on a website which are desired to be recorded and passing those values to a database controlled by the web browser plug-in; using one or more processors, switching control between the web browser and plug-in to execute all possible activities on a website which are desired to be recorded, passing those values to the database controlled by the web browser plug-in; and comparing the values obtained from the web browser plug-in with the master key values. Any received value that does not match the master key value is flagged for correction by the website programmer.
