The present disclosure includes cosmetic compositions that exhibit enhanced retinoid stability. Also disclosed are methods of improving the stability of retinoids in cosmetic compositions. Additives can be used, either alone or in combination, to improve retinoid stability and increase retinoid-containing cosmetic composition shelf life.
