  • Publication number: 20260079130
Abstract: A non-direct drive cylinder defect detection system is disclosed. A non-direct drivetrain system may include a plurality of rollers rotatably driven by a shaft. The plurality of rollers can receive and cause a tube to spin while rested thereon. An encoder system is disclosed and is configured to detect a rotary position of a portion of the tube.

  • Patent number: 12056421
Abstract: Introduced here computer programs and associated computer-implemented techniques for modeling interior spaces based on an analysis of digital images of those interior spaces. These computer programs can be trained to accomplish this without using extensive sets of labeled data. Instead, these computer programs are able to effectively supplement labeled data with unlabeled data to accurately model interior spaces in settings where limited labeled data is available. Such an approach allows these computer programs to establish the layouts of interior spaces without extensive knowledge of those interior spaces and without users, who are responsible for generating the digital images, interacting with the surroundings in a meaningful way.

  • Patent number: 11662958
Abstract: A system and method for identification and location of user identified, feature specific printers works in conjunction with a user's smartphone or tablet computer. A user inputs their desired printer features into their device, and a listing of candidate printers within a search perimeter is rendered. A distance between the user device and each candidate printer is calculated from a determined location user device relative to locations of each of the candidate printers. The user selects their desired printer from the candidates, and directions for the user to walk to the selected printer are generated and displayed.

  • Publication number: 20080159873
Abstract: Described herein is a novel and useful cross fluid-flow axis turbine (CFAT) that converts the energy of a flowing fluid to rotational energy. The invention includes an axle rotatably mounted on a frame. In one embodiment a plurality of arms extending outwardly from the axle. Each arm has at least one beam that supports at least one outer foil and an inner foil, the inner foil being positioned between the inner most outer foil and the axle. The upper surfaces of the foils face toward the direction of rotation of the axle so that lift generated by the foils contributes to the rotation of the axle. The foils are oriented and aligned so that fluid flowing into the turbine is redirected by the inner foils to the leading edge of the outer foils. The flow of fluid through the center of the turbine can be restricted by a baffle or by placing the inner edge of the inner foils sufficiently close to the axle.

  • Publication number: 20060291161
Abstract: A device provides a surface on which a portable device, especially laptop computers, can be placed for heat dissipation. This device will act as a shield for the bottom of the portable device. The device will be made of two layers. One layer will dissipate heat from the portable device and the other layer will dissipate heat from the user. The device provides users comfort and protection from heat generated by the portable device.
