  • Publication number: 20190126570
Abstract: The present application discloses a manufacturing method of a color decorative plate. Firstly, decorative fiber cloth is immersed and surfacing material is prepared, including steps of: adding various auxiliaries to unsaturated polyester resin; uniformly mixing to form resin paste, wherein the auxiliaries contain an initiator, a mold release agent, an accelerator, a coupling agent, a crosslinking monomer and styrene; uniformly coating the resin paste on the decorative fiber cloth; precuring and drying at 105° C.-130° C. to produce the surfacing material; and compression moulding; feeding a SMC into a mould; and laying the surfacing material on the SMC in the mould for integral compression molding. In the compression molding process, a mold cavity is at an upper part and a mold core is at a lower part. The SMC is used as a structural layer, and the surfacing material is attached to a surface of the structural layer.

  • Publication number: 20050271526
Abstract: A driving unit and control method for a reciprocating compressor for controlling a frequency of input power so that an operational frequency of the compressor follows a resonant frequency, which varies depending on a variation of the load applied to the compressor. The reciprocating compressor includes an inverter to adjust the frequency of the input power, so that the frequency of the input power is set at a value corresponding to the resonant frequency by the inverter. The resonant frequency is set in a range of 60% to 90% of the normal power frequency. The compressor further includes a controller to control the frequency of the input power so that the operational frequency of the compressor follows the resonant frequency, which varies depending on the operation of the compressor.

  • Publication number: 20030121181
Abstract: A shoe upper has at least one part thereof made of a waterproof laminate which includes an inner foamed layer made of a pliable semi-flexible foam material, an intermediate layer of woven fabric material bonded to the inner foamed layer, an outer film layer made of a material which is waterproof and which has high wear-resistance, and a layer of adhesive applied to the intermediate layer to bond the intermediate layer to the inner foamed layer and the outer film layer. The adhesive is flexible and penetrates through the intermediate layer to render the latter water-impervious. The laminate is light-weight and possesses excellent wear-resistance and tear strength. The margins of the laminate are provided with stitch seams.

  • Patent number: 5776011
Abstract: A metalwood golf club head is provided by attaching three distinct stamped pieces: a face and hosel piece, a crown piece and a bottom piece. The hosel of the face and hosel piece has a diameter and a narrowed section adjacent the heel, the narrowed section having a width from the toe to heel direction which is less than the diameter of the hosel. The bottom piece includes a threaded opening for threadably coupling a removable weight which may be selected from a set of removable weights, with each removable weight in the set having a different weight. Weighting is provided on a rear surface of the face, and may take the form of either a plurality of concentric masses or a spiral mass extending rearwardly from the rear surface of the face.
