  • Publication number: 20230234701
Abstract: A rotor for an aircraft is described, comprising an input shaft rotatable around a first axis; an output member rotatable around a second axis; a coupling element functionally interposed between the input shaft and the output member and adapted to transmit the motion from the input shaft to the output member; the coupling element is configured to allow, in use, a fixed or variable inclination between the respective first and second axes; the coupling element comprises at least a first corrugated element made of an elastically deformable material; the first corrugated element allows the inclination through elastic deformation.

  • Patent number: 11702198
Abstract: A rotor is described that comprises: a hub; a plurality of blades; each blade extends along an axis and comprises: a leading edge and a trailing edge; a top surface and a bottom surface, a chord joining points of the leading edge and the trailing edge; and a closed shell made of composite material and adapted to withstand the torque directed along a first axis of the blade; the shell comprises a first and a second element separate from each other, delimiting the respective shell on mutually opposite sides; a first connection element arranged on the side of the associated leading edge and interposed between the first ends of the respective first and second elements; and a third element connected to the associated first and second elements and arranged on the side of the leading edge; the first connection element is connected to respective first faces, and the third element is connected to respective second faces of the first and second elements; the blade comprises a fourth element interposed between the fourt

  • Patent number: 10955870
Abstract: Disclosed are backhoe pedal guards for covering and protecting the foot pedals of heavy equipment machinery, including backhoes. The backhoe pedal guards are made of steel plate material, or other suitable material. They are configured for installation on or near the floorboard, partially enclosing and protecting the foot pedals, while allowing uninhibited access to the foot pedals by an operator. The backhoe pedal guards act as a safety device to prevent inadvertent engagement of a foot pedal, such as by dropping a tool onto the pedal. In an embodiment, a pair of backhoe pedal guards may be a unitary body connected by a front cross member.
